Domestic Shipping (USA)
Suncrest offers a variety of shipping options on all U.S. orders. We do not process orders on the weekend, so orders placed on Friday usually will be proccessed on Monday. If you need a guaranteed arrival time, we suggest using one of the UPS delivery options. All orders over $700 require a signature upon delivery.
International Shipping
Suncrest offers international shipping by USPS Air Mail to
most international countries. Typical transit time is between 6-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks. In transit tracking is not provided for your package, we can only confirm delivery.

All prices on our site are listed in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. Returns
If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
